Individualized Sessions

For those seeking highly customized support, private sessions are designed specifically for your unique needs, whether you are working through pain, tension, trauma or emotional holding patterns. These 1:1 experiences allow for deep exploration and individualized techniques to support your healing, integration and living life with more ease. 

Therapeutic yoga + somatic practices

A blend of therapeutic yoga and somatic practices to support your unique needs for deep healing, nervous system regulation and embodied awareness. Through mindful movement, breathwork and guided self- inquiry we will work together to help release trauma, tension, restore balance and cultivate a deeper sense of ease. We will work together each session to determine what the work is for that day and evaluate progress as we move forward

Traditional yoga + somatic practices

A blend of traditional yoga poses and somatic practices to support deep healing, nervous system regulation and embodied awareness. Through mindful postures, breathwork and guided self- inquiry we will work together to develop strength/range of motion and help release tension, restore balance and cultivate a deeper sense of ease. We will work together each session to determine what the work is for that day and evaluate progress as we move forward.

Breathwork + meditation

Explore Mindfulness, Transcendental, Mantra, Metta and other forms of meditation, which cultivate present-moment awareness through body sensations and thought observation. Using breathwork practices like coherent breathing, diaphragmatic breathing and pranayama, we can work together to calm the nervous system, reduce stress and enhance emotional resilience by gently shifting patterns of reactivity and deepening self-awareness to foster a greater sense of ease in daily life. Whether you are seeking stress relief, increased energy or a deeper connection to your body, breathwork is a powerful tool for healing and transformation. Sessions can be customized to focus more on meditation or more on breathwork. 

Small Group Sessions

2-4 people | In person or virtual

Gather a group of your own and experience the benefits of somatic movement, therapeutic yoga and breathwork/meditation in an intimate small group setting. I offer the same options listed under individual sessions for groups. These sessions provide personalized attention while fostering a sense of shared energy and support. While not individually tailored like private sessions, small groups still offer nervous system regulation, mindful movement and space for inner exploration.. The group setting provides a collective energy that enhances presence, while still allowing for personal reflection and integration. 

Workplace Wellness + Corporate Sessions

Support your team’s well-being with customized corporate wellness sessions designed to reduce stress, improve focus and enhance overall workplace resilience. Through mindful practices, I help employees cultivate greater body awareness, emotional regulation and nervous system balance. We can customize on-site sessions, virtual workshops or team retreats to promote a healthier, more engaged and productive workforce.
