Why Somatic Coaching Matters
We often think of growth — in life, relationships, or business — as strategy: plans, goals, frameworks, vision boards. And those things matter.
But there’s another layer that’s rarely talked about: embodiment.
You can have brilliant ideas and strategies, but if your body isn’t aligned with them — if you can’t feel your vision — it won’t land with its full impact.
Somatic coaching helps you:

My approach
My sessions are grounded in a somatic, nervous system-informed approach that supports greater regulation, resilience, and connection to self. Using Somatic Experiencing-informed practices, mindfulness, breathwork, EFT tapping, body awareness, and guided meditative attention, I help clients develop a deeper awareness of their nervous system, patterns, and internal experience.
Each session is individualized and designed to meet you where you are. Together, we create a supportive space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and build greater capacity for life’s challenges and transitions. Whether you are experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or simply wanting to feel more grounded and present, this work offers practical tools and embodied support for meaningful, lasting change. No experience is necessary.

Meet Stephanie
I am a Somatic Coach and trauma expert, teaching from both professional study and my own lived experience of healing trauma through nervous system work.
I hold a Master’s degree in Education, am a 500-hour Experienced Yoga Teacher (EYT 500), hold certifications in Mindfulness and TM meditation and have completed countless specialized professional trainings over a lifetime, investing thousands of hours and dollars to deepen my expertise.
Most recently, I dedicated the past two years to the Somatic Experiencing® Certification Program, a rigorous three-year program developed by Dr. Peter Levine and recognized as the gold standard in somatic and emotional healing.
This work is deeply personal for me. Through somatic practices, breathwork, and nervous system regulation, I healed from a painful and challenging marriage involving addiction, a lifetime of repeated patterns of heartbreak, people pleasing and self-abandonment, and now I am living a life of freedom, clarity, and authentic alignment for the first time in my life.

Discovery Call
Clarify goals, explore what’s showing up in your body and life, and complete intake experiences to tailor sessions.

Customized Sessions
I recommend at least five consecutive weekly sessions to allow the work to settle deeply.

Integration
Personalized practices between sessions — breathwork, embodied movement, mindfulness, journaling prompts, parts work, and tapping — to reinforce new patterns.
